Boneless Pork Chops are roasted with sweet apples and tart sauerkraut. It cooks slowly and the apples become soft as they blend with the sauerkraut. It's the perfect balance of sweet, salty and savory.
This cheesy Butternut Squash Pasta is easy to make and ready for the table in about 30 minutes. The butternut squash, combined with the Parmesan cheese, adds so much creaminess to the dish so that there is no need for added milk or cream to create a sauce. Plus, the dish is super garlicky.
This recipe uses stew meat, hearty broth, herbs, veggies, and pearl barley. My secret ingredient to this recipe, which seems to always be my favorite ingredient with beef recipes, is a bull bodied red wine. It adds so much flavor.
