Then it hit me! Try a milkshake. A pumpkin spice milkshake. So I did and in true picky child form he announced, “Well, it isn’t terrible” and then proceeded to drink the whole milkshake. For this milkshake I added a bit of my homemade pumpkin pie spice blend because I feel canned pumpkin can use a little dressing up. I started with a minimum knowing my son’s tastes. Taste this milkshake as you go along making it. Add more, or less, for your tastes of both pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin.
A big thank you to Terri from Love and Confections for hosting #PumpkinWeek again this year.
