What ingredients do I need for Grinch Sugar Cookies?
Believe me when I tell you there are only three things you need to make these Grinch Christmas cookies. They are perfect for those
- Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough – I used the Pillsbury brand but use whatever is available in your grocery store.
- Lime Green Sprinkles – I had friends tell me the lime green jimmies were spot on for these Grinch sugar cookies. You’ll need 4 ounces of the jimmies.
- Red Heart-Shaped Sprinkle – You only need one heart sprinkle for each cookie.
Equipment
- Chef’s Knife – The best all-purpose knife in the kitchen. If you didn’t have a chef’s knife use a knife with a long blade.
- Cutting Board – Plastic or wooden works.
- Cookie Sheet – I always use a rimmed baking sheet so nothing slips off.
- Parchment Paper – or a silicone baking mat but be sure to line your baking sheets.
- Cooling Rack – cool the cookies completely.
- Oven Mitts – So you don’t burn yourself.
