Sparkling Cranberry Kiss

It’s Taste of Home Tuesday and well, I’m still making recipes from the new Simple & Delicious Cookbook from Taste of Home. There are so many to make! This Sparkling Cranberry Kiss has three of my favorite ingredients, cranberry juice, orange juice and ginger ale. My husband thought it would be quite tart but the combination is quite refreshing. This non-alcoholic punch would be perfect for so many occasions. Holiday parties, baby shower, bridal shower and children’s birthdays would all be an occasion to serve it.

Sparkling Cranberry Kiss

This makes a big pitcher, about 14 servings. You can certainly make it ahead and keep it chilled until you are ready to serve it. When you are ready to serve, add the ginger ale. You could put it in a lovely punch bowl with an ice ring made from the juice combination to keep it chilled. Again, add the ginger ale just prior to serving. Maybe think about making a second batch and keep it chilled for refills.
