Hot Colby Ham Sandwiches

If you like this recipe, please share!

Whether it’s a busy weeknight or a lazy weekend, these Hot Colby Ham Sandwiches are an easy meal you can get on the table fast.

A nice warm sandwich for a chilly day. My brother was visiting recently and I served these delicious hot colby ham sandwiches. These sandwiches are quick and easy to make for a weekend lunch. Or serve with a salad and/or soup for a delicious weeknight dinner. They take about 30 minutes to make. They are kid approved as well because they were a big hit with the youngsters.

I used my favorite hamburger buns from my grocery store bakery. Use your favorite rolls or easily make them into sliders for a party. You could mix up the cheeses too.

This recipe, for hot colby ham sandwiches, is also the week 16 recipe in the 52 Week New Recipe Challenge. It’s definitely a keeper too!

What can I serve with sandwiches?

While you can go with the easy side dish of potato chips, my family loves it when I make onion strings.

More favorites include my classic broccoli salad and garlic parmesan-crusted potatoes.
