White Chocolate Valentine Bark

- 1 16 ounce package vanilla candy coating (I used CandiQuik)
- 1/4 cup bright pink candy melts I used Wilton
- Assorted red pink, purple sugars
- Valentine sprinkles
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt candy coating according to package instructions.
Melt pink candy melts in microwave according to package instructions.
Spread vanilla candy coating in prepared pan but not too thin. Spoon dollops of the pink candy melts on top. Using a butter knife swirl the pick and white together until desired marbling is achieved.
Sprinkle with colored sugars and Valentine sprinkles.
Refrigerate until set.
Remove parchment from pan to cutting board, Either break or cut bark into shards. Package as desired.
