Strawberry Crinkle Cookies
Soft, chewy strawberry crinkle cookies made with a cake mix.

Ingredients
- 1 box Strawberry cake mix, 15.25 ounce size
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside. Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Using an electric mixer, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until thoroughly combined.1 box Strawberry cake mix, 15.25 ounce size, ⅓ cup vegetable oil, 2 large eggs
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the dough, roll in powdered sugar, and place 2-inches apart on a prepared baking sheet.¼ cup confectioners' sugar
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cookies are set. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
