- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces chocolate liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces Torani Salted Caramel Syrup
- 2 chocolate dipped toffee rimmed glasses see below
Prepare martini glasses as described below.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine vodka, chocolate liqueur and Torani salted caramel syrup. Shake to mix and strain into prepared martini glasses. Serve cold.
To make the chocolate toffee-rimmed martini glasses: Melt 1 cup of milk chocolate chips with 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable shortening. I do this in a microwave. Spread toffee bits on a wide plate. Dip the rim of the martini glass in melted chocolate and then sprinkle toffee over the glass. It's not necessary to cover the chocolate completely. Place glasses in the freezer until ready to serve, but at least 10 minutes until chocolate is set.
