Rosemary Oil Recipe
Rosemary oil is easy to make and perfect for gift giving.

- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ounce fresh rosemary sprigs
Wash and thoroughly dry the rosemary sprigs. Make sure rosemary is completely dry.
1 ounce fresh rosemary sprigs
Take the leaves off of the stems and place them in a saucepan. Add the olive oil and turn on the heat to medium-low. Bring to a simmer, do not boil. Allow to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until the oil is fragrant.
2 cups extra virgin olive oil
Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely before straining the oil into a glass jar or bottles.
