Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar to taste
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except sugar, in a blender, starting with yogurt. Blend to desired consistency. Taste and adjust sugar.
