- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar to taste
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
Combine all ingredients, except sugar, in a blender, starting with yogurt. Blend to desired consistency. Taste and adjust sugar.
