Prairie Apple Crunch

- 2 medium apples
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- Pinch salt
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- Half and half for serving
Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 9" square baking dish with butter, add apples and set aside.
In a small bowl mix granulated sugar, apple pie spice and salt. Sprinkle over apples.
In separate bowl combine the brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with cream.
