Oreo Cookies and Cream Cups

Oreo Cookies and Cream Cups keep in the freezer for up to a week. Make up a batch and have dessert for a few nights.

Ingredients

  • 12 Chocolate sandwich cookies I used Oreo's
  • 1 pint good quality Oreo Cookies & Cream ice cream slightly softened (I used Breyer's)

Instructions

  • Scoop 1/4 cup of Oreo Cookies and Cream ice cream into each well of a 12 cup muffin tin.
  • Gently press Oreo vertically into the softened ice cream.
  • Freeze until firm, about 2 - 3 hours, then remove them from the pan. Place in airtight container and store in the freezer.
