Ingredients
- 1 box Lemon Cake Mix, 15.25 oz. size
- ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside. Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Using an electric mixer, combine the lemon cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until thoroughly combined.1 box Lemon Cake Mix, 15.25 oz. size, ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil, 2 large Eggs
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the dough, roll in powdered sugar, and place 2-inches apart on a prepared baking sheet.¼ cup Powdered Sugar
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cookies are set. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
