In a large bowl whisk together the instant pudding mix and the milk until smooth and all the lumps are gone.

Quickly and carefully pour the pudding into each of the popsicle molds until it's about 1/3-inch from the top.

Put the lid on the mold, if it has one, and insert popsicle sticks until they are about 1/2 to 1 inch from the bottom.

Place the mold in the freezer for 6 hours or until the fudgesicles are completely frozen.

To remove the fudge pops from the mold, run warm water over the outside and gently rock the pop until it releases.
