Grasshopper Brownies
Grasshopper brownies start with a mix making them perfect for last minute parties.
Servings: 12 brownies
Ingredients
- Brownie Mix including ingredients to make them, prepare as directed on package
Topping:
- 4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4-6 drops green food coloring
Instructions
- Prepare brownies as directed on package for 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cool completely.
- In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
