Preheat oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in baking chips, chocolate chips and chopped Oreos and candy bars.
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour, ¾ cup cocoa, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 cup white baking chips, 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies, 1 Hershey's cookies and cream candy bar
Using a cookie scoop, drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets.
Bake 6-8 minutes or until set. Cool on pans 1 minute. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
