Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad Wraps

Easily made with leftover or rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup almond slices lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chop if desired
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients well. Chill until ready to serve.
    2 bone-in chicken breasts, 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup almond slices, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup chopped onion, Salt and pepper
  • To serve: Serve on your favorite bread, flour tortillas, crackers, on a bed of lettuce, or as lettuce wraps.
