Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad Wraps
Easily made with leftover or rotisserie chicken.

- 2 bone-in chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup almond slices lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries chop if desired
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl combine all ingredients well. Chill until ready to serve.
