- 1 box white cake mix, 14.25 oz. size
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- Red and green food coloring
- ½ cup confectioners' sugar
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper. Set aside. Place powdered sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until incorporated. The dough will be sticky.
1 box white cake mix, 14.25 oz. size, ⅓ cup vegetable oil, 2 large eggs
Divide the cookie dough in half and place each half in a separate bowl. Color one half green and the other half red. Using your hands or a rubber spatula mix in the color until there are no streaks.
Red and green food coloring
Using a 1-teaspoon cookie scoop, scoop a little of each color into the scoop. Roll the two colors together and then roll in the confectioners' sugar and place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
