Preheat oven to 375°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
Carefully separate crescent dough into four rectangles. Place on a silicone baking mat or parchment paper lined baking sheet; seal perforations. Using an offset spreader, spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese onto each rectangle. Top each with 1/4 cup cherry pie filling.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Glaze while danish is warm.
To make glaze:
In a bowl combine confectioners' sugar, half and half and pure vanilla extract. Whisk until drizzling consistency.
