Ingredients

butter

large apples
peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch slices, I used Envy Apples

tablespoons
packed light brown sugar
1
teaspoon
apple pie spice
1/4
cup
apple juice
Instructions
In a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add apples, brown sugar and apple pie spice. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, 3 -5 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Stir in apple juice and bring to a boil. Allow to boil one minute. Remove from heat and serve.
