Instructions
Saute onions in butter until translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and mustard until smooth. Stir in the Swiss cheese, ham, and onions. Spread 1 tablespoon mixture over each bread slice. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
