Ingredients

cup
vanilla yogurt
1/4
cup
fresh blueberries
1/2
cup
sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 - 1/2
teaspoon
sugar
to taste
1/4 - 1/2
cup
milk
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except sugar, in a blender, starting with yogurt. Blend to desired consistency. Taste and adjust sugar.
