Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in cold butter and use a pastry cutter to incorporate into the flour. The pieces of butter should be about the size of a pea.
Add milk a little at a time and don't overmix. Stir in lavender and lemon and mix until just combined.
On a lightly floured surface, fold and turn the dough a few times. Roughly shape the dough into a 1.5-inch thick disk. Cut into triangles, like you would a pie, and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove scones from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before drizzling with lemon glaze.
Make the Lavender Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, lavender paste, and 1 - 2 tablespoons of water. Drizzle over cooled scones, sprinkle with Sea Glass sprinkles, and serve.
