~ Cranberry Juice ~ Orange Juice ~ Sparkling Wine
In each Champagne glass pour 2 ounces of orange juice and 2 ounces of cranberry juice.
Fill glass with sparkling wine. Garnish glass with an orange wedge and put a few cold or frozen cranberries in the glass.
The difference is a mimosa uses juice, usually orange juice and a bellini uses puree, typically peach, though more flavors have recently become popular.
While it’s perfectly fine to use fresh orange juice to make mimosas just consider the pulp. Some people do not enjoy pulp, I’m one of those people, so try to offer a variety of types.
