• Russet Potatoes • Whole Milk • Unsalted Butter • Mozzarella Cheese • Parmesan Cheese • Salt and Pepper
Peel and cut potatoes into one inch cubes. Place potato cubes in large pot and cover with water.
Boil over high heat until potatoes are fork tender. Drain potatoes and mash.
Add the melted butter, milk, ¾ cup of Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese to the potatoes stirring well to combine.
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and stir. Transfer potatoes to prepared casserole dish.
In a separate bowl combine the breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the potatoes.
