Living in Florida we have an abundance of great seafood. Like the stone crabs that go with Key lime mustard dipping sauce. When I received the Adams Seafood and Salmon Seasoning I knew I wanted to use shrimp and so I made seasoned barbecue butter shrimp skewers.
Shrimp is probably one of the easiest foods you can cook. This recipe uses 18/20 which means there are 18 to 20 shrimp per pound and they are usually considered medium in size. You can certainly use what your store carries. I would suggest adjusting the amount of butter for more or larger shrimp.
The reason I mix the seasoning with the butter is that I feel if you season the shrimp first you just brush it off when you add the butter. By combining them you get all the great flavor of the Adams Seafood and Salmon seasoning.
Serve this shrimp dish as an appetizer, with a side such as rice, in a salad, with pasta, or as part of a surf and turf meal.

The shrimp look perfect. All I need with those is a side of asparagus and some wild rice and I’d be set.
