This guava cosmopolitan is a fruity tropical cocktail for any party.

The cocktails most often served at brunch include bloody Mary’s and mimosas. When I host a brunch, or any party, I like to make a signature drink. Over the years I’ve made punches, spritzers and cocktails. This guava cosmopolitan will definitely make another appearance.

The thing I love most about the Torani syrups is how much they really smell and taste like the flavor they are. This is the third time I’ve used Torani in a recipe. The other two were mango, melon and berry parfaits and salted caramel toffee martini. Both of which also have great flavor.

Easily adjust the servings for the guava cosmopolitan.

I had initially thought to use orange juice but, alas, we were out. A cosmopolitan needs a juice and I didn’t think cranberry was a good choice so I went with pineapple. It was a good choice! Plus the yellow of the pineapple juice mixed nicely with the color of the guava syrup. Cranberry would have really altered the color.

I’ve written the recipe for two servings but it’s easily adjusted for more. You can even make enough to fill a pitcher so you aren’t constantly at the bar mixing drinks. Just pour into a shaker with glass to chill or chill the martini glasses. I love the JoyJolt Afina martini glasses. Ice cubes will dilute the mixture.
