Week 2 of the Easy Dinner Menu Ideas series brings not only easy dinner ideas but also a couple of ideas for the Super Bowl.
The wing recipe is a favorite in our house. I serve it for game day or as a weeknight meal. I’ll often serve the twice-baked potatoes that I included in last week’s ideas when I serve them for dinner.
You’ll also want to check out that post for great ideas to be successful at menu planning. And don’t forget to print the weekly menu planner. It’s really been a big help for a number of people.
So these easy dinner menu ideas in week 2 can also mix and match with some of the recipes from last week.
The slow-cooked pulled chicken can be used in so many different ways! Add barbecue sauce and make BBQ chicken sandwiches or sliders. You can use it for quesadillas or chicken tacos. Make in advance for those busy nights or to make game day go more smoothly.
This week’s bonus recipes are perfect for Valentine’s Day and Mardi Gras. Plus, there’s a treat you may remember from your childhood! And if you don’t remember it but love chocolate and peanut butter together, you’ll want to try it.
