I know a lot of people out there are not a fan of using canned soup in recipes. I don’t use it often but the butter baked chicken in this weeks menu plan uses store-bought soup. It was my Mom’s recipe and, well, that generation used it often.
It’s a delicious, comfort food meal that I often serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
If you’ve never had a loaded baked potato before, you need to try it. The one I have featured this week came in 3rd in a competition at a conference I attended a few years ago. The judges were heavy hitters in the beef industry so it was quite an honor to place!
