A hodge podge of ideas, that’s what I’ll say about easy dinner menu ideas week 16! With these dinner meal plans I like to offer a little something for everyone.
Enjoy another recipe intended for breakfast but for dinner. Breakfast egg bites get on the table quickly and are full of deliciousness. You can make them fun by offering different add-ins like sausage, spinach, and different cheese varieties.
Grilling is still a theme this week. Chicken kebobs and grilled steak fajitas are on the menu along with a refreshing blueberry lemonade perfect for everyone in the family.
Then, at the end of the week when you feel like take-out, make my easy chicken stir-fry. It really is easy and will save you money, which is never a bad thing!
If you enjoy happy hour at home on the weekends, the pear crostini from Hezzi-D’s Books and Cooks pairs nicely with wine.
