With a new year come new goals and ideas. While I really desire to devote more time to this blog, I’ve been inspired by a Facebook friend to try a 52 week challenge. That means a new recipe each week for an entire year! Finding new recipes to try won’t be difficult. I have a cookbook collection that would rival a bookstore plus many more recipes saved on Pinterest and clipped from magazines. Of course I’ll share the recipes on my blog along with more of my tried and true standbys. My goal is to bring more dishes to my repertoire, not really to expand horizons (or budgets) to new cuisines. My family likes what we like – chicken, beef, pasta. There will be recipes for these as well as sides and desserts and probably breads too. I hope you’ll join me on this culinary journey. Happy 2015!
