Tip of the Day – Easily line a baking pan with aluminum foil
You’re probably thinking, “It’s not that difficult to line a pan with foil”. You’re right! But if there’s an easier way, why not try it? Here goes:
Turn the pan, say an 8 x 8 if you’re making fudge, and tear off a piece of foil that will fit the pan. Now press the foil around the pan. Remove foil, flip pan upright and drop foil in pan. Viola! A perfectly lined pan! Don’t forget to crimp the edges or let it overhang, whatever your recipe requires!
